A sample of collections of original character plushies developed from initial 2D illustrations into physical collectible products.
I managed the design and production process, including character development, preparation of manufacturing reference sheets, communication with overseas manufacturers, prototype evaluation, and design revisions.
The projects focus on translating stylized character illustrations into three-dimensional plush forms while maintaining their distinctive silhouettes, proportions, facial expressions, and overall visual appeal.

Kanata Kitsune
Kanata the Demon Fox — Original Plush Collectible
Developed an original character plush collection, creating production reference artwork and coordinating with overseas manufacturers through sampling, revisions, and production. Launched the collection through Kickstarter, attracting an international community of 632 backers.
Vampurr Catula
Developed an original vampire-cat character into a collectible plush, translating 2D reference artwork into a three-dimensional design. Coordinated production specifications, sampling, and manufacturer revisions, with particular attention to the pumpkin costume, character proportions, and decorative details.
Nekomancer
Designed and developed an original fantasy-cat plush, translating illustrated character features into manufacturable plush components. Focused on preserving the character’s distinctive silhouette, oversized hat, and decorative details throughout prototype development.
Cheese Cows & Mushroom Birds
Designed and developed a collection of original character plushies, converting 2D illustrations into finished physical products. Prepared manufacturing reference artwork, communicated with production partners, and reviewed prototypes to maintain consistency between the original designs and finished plushies.
